ingredients
- 4 6 oz swordfish steaks
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lime, cut in quarters
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
Heat a cast-iron grill pan on the stovetop to medium-high. (You can also grill the swordfish on an outdoor grill over a hot fire or high-temperature setting on a gas grill).
Step 2
Using 1 tbsp. of the olive oil, brush the swordfish steaks before grilling. Season with salt and pepper. Grill the swordfish steaks for about 5-6 minutes, then turn and grill another 5-6 minutes. The swordfish is done when you press on it and it's firm.
Step 3
Remove the steaks from the grill and season again with salt and pepper and drizzle a little more olive oil over the top. Serve with chipotle-pepita salsa, chips and fresh lime wedges.
