ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oil or butter
- 2 heaping teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce
- 8 ounces cooked french fries (of choice)
- 1/4 cup cheese curds
Method
Step 1
In a saucepan on medium-high heat, combine oil or butter and white flour. Whisk until clump-free and let bubble for about 3-5 minutes.
Step 2
Slowly add in 2 cups of beef broth, whisking constantly.
Step 3
Once gravy is lump-free, whisk it in sriracha chili sauce, adjusting the amount based on how spicy you’d like it to be. Set aside.
Step 4
Place warm french fries on a plate and top them with cheese curds.
Step 5
Pour over hot sriracha gravy and serve immediately.
