Vegan Pumpkin Bread at Midnight

"This pumpkin bread is the easiest thing to make when you have a midnight craving in the fall! Its so fluffy & soft while the outside has a craggily exterior that gets slightly crunchy when toasted. Its a perfect fall treat for day or night! Top it with chocolate and almond butter for a special pick me up!"
