ingredients

  • 2 spoonful of light soy sauce
  • 1 spoonful of hoisin sauce
  • 1 spoonful of fish sauce
  • 1 spoonful of rice wine vinegar
  • 1 spoonful of shaoxing wine
  • 1 spoonful of mirin
  • 1 spoonful of water

Method

  • Step 1

    In a bowl combine all the ingredients together and stir to dissolve the sugar.
