ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- Nigella seeds, optional
Method
Step 1
Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to boil and lower heat. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 2
When eggs have cooked, let cool completely. Peel and cut each egg in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork until smooth.
Step 3
Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, mustard, salt and cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined and the mixture has a creamy texture. Transfer mixture to a piping bag and pipe yolk mixture into empty egg whites.
Step 4
Sprinkle filled eggs with paprika, few Nigella seeds and chill until serving. Serve with micro herbs and edible flowers to make them extra special!
