ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Kamut Flour
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 14.75 oz Can Creamed Corn
  • 1/4 cup Avocado Oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees

  • Step 2

    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together until well combined.

  • Step 3

    Grease & flour 8x8 baking pan. Add mixture to pan.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 35-40 minutes. Edges should begin to be golden brown.

  • Step 5

    Serve with honey or butter!
