A Note from Feedfeed

Rum, lime and orgeat syrup creates this floral and aromatic summer cocktail. Orgeat is a creamy sweet syrup made of almonds, sugar, and rose water or orange flower water. Think of it as a piña colada's fun cousin.

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounce dark rum
  • 1/2 ounce Jamaican rum
  • 3/4 ounce Falernum
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce Orgeat syrup
  • 2 dashes of Absinthe
  • Nutmeg, for garnish
  • Mint, for garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a highball and then add pebble ice. Swizzle, top with more ice and garnish with fresh mint and grated nutmeg.
