ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka with Teroforma Rossa Blend
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Club soda
- Dried raspberries, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients except egg and soda to a shaking tin and then add ice. Shake well, discard ice and then add egg. Shake well again and open pour into a Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a sprinkling of dried raspberries.
