ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1/4 ounce Créme de Cacao
- 1 barspoon Créme de Menthe
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounces raspberry syrup
- 1 egg white
- sparkling wine, to top
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients except egg white and sparkling wine to a shaking tin with ice. Shake well and discard ice.
Step 2
Add egg white and shake again without ice. Strain into a fizz glass and top with sparkling wine, garnish with dried raspberry and a sprig of chocolate mint.
