- 1/ 4 ounce Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 8-10 leaves mint
- 2 ounces cognac
- 2 dashes Xocolatl Mole Bitters
Add the pineapple gum syrup and mint leaves to a julep cup and muddle softly. Add cognac, bitters and pebble ice, swizzle and then top with more ice. Garnish with a bunch of mint and a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
