  • 12 fresh cranberries
  • 2 ounces bourbon whiskey
  • aromatic bitters
  • 1/2 ounce maple syrup
  • Soda
  • Thyme sprigs, as garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Muddle the cranberries in a cocktail shaker. Add the whiskey, bitters, maple syrup, and ice to the shaker.

  • Step 2

    Shake, strain, and pour into a cocktail glass. Top with soda water and garnish with fresh thyme.
