ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, or other non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla non-dairy yogurt, or more non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter, plus more for topping
- 1 tablespoon white chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder, or vanilla extract
- Strawberries, fresh, sliced, for topping
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a jar and mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Top with additional peanut butter and strawberries in the morning.
