Ganache Covered Cocoa And Currant Bliss Balls

"I am so excited about how yummy these chocolate ganache covered bliss balls turned out. I am obsessed with bliss balls at the moment. All healthy and raw ingredients inside these beauties! I posted the recipe yesterday for the cacao currant bliss balls. Then I used @epicurious recipe for the ganache to dip them in! Only 2 ingredients involved : coconut milk and @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chips. (Oh yeah, and some Himalayan sea salt) You know I had to top them with pink and red for a super cute and healthy valentine treat!"

  • 1 cup currants
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt


  • Step 1

    Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Roll into balls. Dip in dark chocolate ganache if desired.
