STRAWBERRY TARTLETS ? completely #dairyfree #glutenfree #refinedsugarfree #raw Here's the recipe (makes 6) INGREDIENTS For the base: - 1 cup of almonds - 1 tbsp of coconut oil - 1 tbsp of cacao powder - 1 tbsp of honey / agave syrup For the filling: - 1 avocado - 1 cup of cashews (soaked for 2 hours) - 2 cups of strawberries - 1 tbsp of honey - 1 tbsp of coconut oil (melted) Line six cups in a muffin tray with foil (it'll help you remove them out of the tin later). To make the base, blend the ingredients in a food processor until it forms a sticky ball. With your fingers press the mixture down into each cup to form the tartlet casing. Place the tray in the fridge for 30mins. For the filling, blend all ingredients until smooth then transfer into each casing.
