- 2 plum wedges
- 2 sage leaves
- 1/2 ounce pure maple syrup
- 2 ounces rye whiskey
- 1/2 ounces fresh lemon
Method
Step 1
Muddle plum, sage and maple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add everything else and some ice and shake! Fine strain over clean ice.
