ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 (8oz) bag original kettle chips
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 whole zested lemon
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix onion powder, garlic powder and chili pepper together in a small bowl.

  • Step 2

    Spread out potato chips on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake, tossing halfway through, until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Transfer chips to a large bowl and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle spice mixture over chips and toss to coat well. Spread chips back out on the baking sheet and finely zest lemon over chips and sprinkle with chopped dill. Squeeze half of a lemon over chips

  • Step 4

    Serve chips on a platter or in a bowl. Sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes to your liking.
