Gin and tonic take a summery twist with fresh watermelon juice and mint. This cocktail comes together in a pinch, add a handful of ice into a glass, pour in your gin, watermelon juice, top it off with tonic water and garnish with lime and mint - how easy is that. In a few minutes, you'll have a deliciously refreshing cocktail perfect for hanging by the pool.

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 4 ounces tonic water
  • 4 ounces fresh watermelon juice
  • 3 mint leaves, for garnsih
  • 3 lime wheels, for garnish


  • Step 1

    In a blender, blend fresh watermelon and strain the juice out

  • Step 2

    Fill ice in a highball glass, pour in the gin and watermelon juice.

  • Step 3

    Add in tonic water, mint leaves, and limes. Stir gently and enjoy!
