Summer is smoothie season and we're loving this Blueberry Caramel Smoothie. This creamy, vegan smoothie is packed with plant-based protein from protein powder, peanut butter, and almond milk. 

To enrich the salted caramel flavor in this smoothie, add a touch of brown sugar. To emphasize the fruity flavors, add more frozen fruit. For extra protein, add a touch of greek yogurt.

  • 5 tablespoons gluten-free oats
  • 4 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder, optional
  • 2 tablespoons vegan protein powder
  • 3 dates
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 150 grams frozen blueberries

Method

    Put all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend with almond milk or plant milk of choice. Enjoy!
