ingredients
- 1 large tomato, finely chopped, i used rebellion
- 1 red onion , finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 chili, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon basil, (or other herb of your choice such as cilantro or mint) finely chopped
- Habanero mango chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon muscovado sugar
- Kosher salt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 tablespoons water
Method
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until everything is mixed well and in desired consistency. Add extra water if needed to thin. Season to taste.
