"TB to this Baked vanilla yoghurt with Hibiscus (Roselle/Sorrel) poached pears - If you have never had baked yoghurt before I strongly recommend it. It’s a cross between panna cotta & cheesecake filling. Rich, creamy, sweet with a slight tang from the yoghurt. The hibiscus adds colour to the pears & tartness which plays well with the natural sweetness of the pears and the baked yoghurt - a super simple yet impressive dessert."
