Pumpkin Bisque

"Hope you’ve had a great week, spooky Halloween, and start to November!! Although I didn't get a chance to celebrate + dress-up this year because I was hard at work on something super exciting + VERY impromptu (more on that in the future, so stay tuned), I still somehow managed to make a yummy meal and thought I’d share it with you all since I know some of you could def use a quick recipe, too!! When it’s been “a week”, I LOVE easy, quick, and delicious meals! So, here’s what I made, AND it’s fall appropriate!!"

Recipe Card


  • 1 (32 oz) jar pumpkin pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup plant-based half and half
  • Simply Organic Italian Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Rye bread


  • Step 1

    Heat all ingredients (except for rye bread) in a pot over medium-high heat. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 2

    Serve with toasted rye bread.
