Although I didn't get a chance to celebrate + dress-up this year because I was hard at work on something super exciting + VERY impromptu (more on that in the future, so stay tuned), I still somehow managed to make a yummy meal and thought I’d share it with you all since I know some of you could def use a quick recipe, too!!

Pumpkin Bisque

ingredients
- 1 (32 oz) jar pumpkin pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup plant-based half and half
- Simply Organic Italian Seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Rye bread
Method
Step 1
Heat all ingredients (except for rye bread) in a pot over medium-high heat. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Serve with toasted rye bread.
