Lavender Infused Marshmallows

"Lavender Marshmallows:: I got this beautiful @mesonutso Lavender Extract as part of my @hatchery box and I wanted to use it, especially since I love the smell of lavender! I decided to make marshmallows with the lavender extract and it was the PERFECT compliment to hot chocolate, with a dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder, on this cold wintry day in the Bay Area! The taste of lavender extract in the marshmallows is mild and so sweet and romantic!! Loved it!!! And nothing like pillowy soft homemade marshmallows to melt in your mouth!
