"Sunday means a lot of meal prep for our family! My husband’s family eats Daal every Monday so Daal Makhani is what’s cooking now! It is made with mostly black lentils and kidney beans, and is clearly one of our favorite Daals! Super flavorful with all the aromatics like onion, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes and added dry spices! A dash of heavy cream and it’s ready to eat! Recipe on the blog archives! Making banana bread next for the fam for breakkie! It’s a very eventful week at school with different themes everyday!
