Acorn Butternut Squash Ravioli

"Acorn and butternut squash raviolis prepped and ready to be cooked! This was part of our thanksgiving meal and super duper delicious! The filling was smoked paprika spiced and roasted acorn and butternut squash, nutmeg, pine nuts, walnuts, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, egg, fried shallots, garlic, s&p.? ? It was my first time making fresh pasta dough! I don't know why I have been intimidated by it for so long but I finally let that feeling go this weekend! Who knew it would be soooo easy to put it together?! No complications like baking, and such a fun process! I made spaghetti and tagliatelle as well along with the ravioli and had a blast! Thanks for the inspiration from @displacedhousewife @chezlarae and @beyondsweetandsavory who make fresh pasta quite often! ?
