Wild Blueberry Oats

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats
1-1 1/4 cups plant based milk
3 tbsp beet juice
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
A couple strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp Chia seeds
Coconut yogurt 

Directions:

Cook the oats in milk and salt and at the end, stir in the beet juice, then fold in the blueberries.

Pour in a bowl, top with more blueberries, strawberries, chia and coconut yogurt.
