Coconut Lime Popsicles With Fruit And Granola

Make breakfast a no brainer with fruit and granola pops!
Ingredients:
4 small containers coconut yogurt
1/2-2/3 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp bourbon vanilla powder
1 tiny pinch of sea salt
1-3 tbsp agave or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
Zest of 1 lime
Juice 1/2-1 lime
Sliced kiwi, sliced strawberries, blueberries & passionfruit
1/4 cup granola
Method:
Add all ingredients (except fruit & granola) in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add some of your favorite fruits into each popsicle mold (fill 1/3).
Pour the coconut lime yoghurt mixture into the molds and top each with a tbsp of your favorite granola, pushing it down a bit with a spoon.
Put it in the freezer over night. Before serving but the molds in warm water for few seconds, this way they come out easily. Enjoy!
