ingredients

  • 3 cups Almond milk
  • 1 1/12 cups oats
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla paste
  • 2 tablespoons date sugar
  • 1 teaspoons pitaya powder
  • 1 teaspoons blue soirulina powder
  • 1 teaspoons green spirulina powder
  • 1 teaspoons beet powder

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix almond milk, date sugar, salt & vanilla. Divide into 5-7 containers depending on how many colors you want to making using each super food for each color and also combining colors be creative & have fun!

  • Step 2

    add 2 tablespoons of oats to each container and set in the fridge over night.

  • Step 3

    The next morning oats will be soft & ready to eat. Plate using all the different colors you created & add your favorite fruits & edible flowers for toppings. enjoy! ( I used: dragon fruit, papaya, oranges, mini kiwis, strawberries & blue berries & for edible flowers: roses, pea vine, marigolds, pansies & cilantro flowers)
