  • 2 Roasted bananas
  • 2 ounces Strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/ 4 cup Almond butter
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla paste
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoons coconut palm sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1/ 2 ounces edible flowers, optional, for garnish  edible flowers


  • Step 1

    Cut and peel the bananas , rub them with coconut palm sugar and coconut oil , place them on a pan and bake at 400 for 10 -15 min until golden brown.

  • Step 2

    Cut and peel the strawberries, mix inside the blender with half of the roasted bananas , coconut milk, vanilla, maple syrup, & almond butter, once is blended add the extra pieces of roasted bananas, and pieces of strawberries. Add mixture inside popsicle molds and freeze for 3 hrs Garnish with edible flowers.
