  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 4 tablespoons Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla paste
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 teaspoons Reishi mushroom powder
  • 1/2 Raspberries
  • 1/2 Calendula flowers
  • 1 teaspoons Cacao nibs


  • Step 1

    on a small pot, heat up the almond milk with the pitted dates for 3 minutes( this will make the dates soft) take out of the heat and proceed to mix with a hand blender , in a medium bowl add milk date mixture, avocado, maple syrup, cacao powder, reishi mushroom powder, almond butter, vanilla paste, salt) depending on the consistency you want you can add a little extra almond milk if needed.

    Add the mousse inside a pastry bag and pipe it inside glass cups, add the calendula petals, raspberries and cacao nibs for a perfect finish! refrigerate for 20 min before serving.
