Banana Buckwheat Pancakes

"OK,JA, IT’S PANCAKE PERFECTION 🥞 _ I did it. Made the pancakes I dream about, fluffy, light, filling ~ basically my entire diet lately. I finally figured out the recipe for these, they are so good, I feel almost guilty giving you the recipe☀️✌️ Side note: if you hate banana: Replace the banana with 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds or 1 tbsp chia seeds mixed with equal parts water and 1 tbsp coconut oil 😏 or simply use 1/3 cup mashed pumpkin"
