A Note from Feedfeed
Tofu may not be your favorite, but hear us out with this one. @TheHintOfRosemary marinates hers in Annie's Organic Sesame Ginger Dressing so it soaks up all the flavor. Give it a hard sear for the crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside texture you want and you won't regret it.
You can even shop for all the ingredients at your local co-op (find yours here!) to give the recipe a try.

ingredients
- 1 14 ounce package extra firm tofu
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle Annie's Organic Sesame Ginger Dressing
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, or any neutral oil
- 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
Method
Step 1
Press tofu between a clean kitchen towel to absorb excess moisture—this is critical to allow tofu to soak up the marinade. Cut tofu into 1-inch chunks.
Step 2
Place tofu into a container and cover with the sesame ginger dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 3
Over medium heat, melt oil on a skillet. Fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown. Cut tofu into 1-inch chunks.
