Tofu may not be your favorite, but hear us out with this one. @TheHintOfRosemary marinates hers in Annie's Organic Sesame Ginger Dressing so it soaks up all the flavor. Give it a hard sear for the crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside texture you want and you won't regret it.

Method

  • Step 1

    Press tofu between a clean kitchen towel to absorb excess moisture—this is critical to allow tofu to soak up the marinade. Cut tofu into 1-inch chunks.

  • Step 2

    Place tofu into a container and cover with the sesame ginger dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  • Step 3

    Over medium heat, melt oil on a skillet. Fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown. Cut tofu into 1-inch chunks.
