  • 1 cup Oat milk or non-dairy plant-based milk of choice
  • 1 cup Kefit
  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tablepoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablesp chia seeds

Method

  • Step 1

    Add ingredients to a blender.

  • Step 2

    Blend on high for 2 minutes, or until smooth.

  • Step 3

    Serve in chilled glasses and enjoy immediately.
