Ingredients:

Sourdough bread, toasted

ghee

vanilla yogurt

1 plum, sliced

1 pluot, sliced

sprinkle of pistachios

sprinkle of puffed quinoa

sprinkle of chia seeds

fresh mint

fresh basil

drizzle of honey

Directions:
Cook the Sourdough toast cooked in a little ghee. Top with a couple spoonfuls of yogurt, plum (left), pluot (right). Sprinkle with pistachios, puffed quinoa, chia seeds, basil, mint, and a drizzle of honey.
