"Since I posted my salad last week you've all been asking for the Creamy Cranberry Balsamic Vinaigrette recipe! I finally got around to putting it on the blog today. The recipe features my Cranberry Vanilla Chia Jam from last week and it is a great way to use up your leftover Thanksgiving Cranberry sauce or even make it for your Thanksgiving salad! The dressing is the perfect mixture of tangy, sweet and tart. I use it tossed into a salad with spinach, carrots, avocado, apple, candied pecans and goat cheese!"
Creamy Cranberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS
2 T Cranberry Sauce
2 T balsalmic vinegar
1 /2 T dijon mustard
1 T tahini paste
1/4 cup olive oil
1 T water
Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Will keep in an airtight container for up to a week.
