Crispy Baked Sweet Potato Fries
The thing about homemade, baked sweet potato fries is that they're hard to get right. Most of the time they just come out like roasted sweet potatoes in a french fry shape, which is great in its own way, but not what we're looking for. I've been working on a sturdy, crispy, baked sweet potato fry recipe for a while. No corn starch or cornmeal-coating situation either. I'm super close, and honestly thought I'd get there in time to post on the blog today (along with a bomb dipping sauce), but these need the tiniest of tweaks. In the meantime, I'll just keep eating them for lunch.
