ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices cheese
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and halved
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 slices bacon, cooked until crisp
Method
Step 1
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and add a touch of olive oil to the pan. Add eggs and cook for about 2-3 minutes, spooning some of the hot oil over the yolk to fully set the white.
Step 2
When cooked to your liking, remove from heat and add cheese and let melt for about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Serve eggs with bacon, cherry tomatoes and avocado
