ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, rough ends removed
- 1 pound radishes, sliced in half lengthwise
- 1 pound rainbow carrots, peeled and sliced in half lengthwise
- 1 pound sugar snap peas
- 1 large watermelon radish, thinly sliced
- Crunchmaster Multi-Seed Ultimate Everything Crackers
- Green goddess dip, for serving
Method
To prepare the crudités:
Step 1
Wash asparagus, radish, carrots, snap peas, and watermelon radish. Pat dry with a paper towel
Step 2
In a grill pan on high heat, char asparagus spears diagonally. Remove from pan and set aside.
Step 3
Blanch snap peas by preparing an ice bath in a large bowl. Set aside.
Step 4
Bring a large pot of water to a roaring boil. Add snap peas and submerge for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Using a slotted spoon immediately transfer to water bath for another minute. Peas should look bright green. Remove from water and dry off completely. Set aside.
To assemble snack board:
Step 1
Arrange grilled asparagus, radishes, carrots, peas, and watermelon radish on a serving platter. Scatter evenly with Crunchmaster Multi-Seed Ultimate Everything Crackers . Serve with Green goddess dip, a drizzle of olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt, and pepper.
