- 2 ounces peach puree
- 2 ounces mezcal
- 3/ 4 ounce Cointreau
- 1/ 2 lime, juiced
- 1/ 2 ounce honey simple syrup
- Lime wedges, for garnish
- Peach slices, for garnish
- Salt, for the rim
In a cocktail shaker add ice, peach puree, honey simple syrup, mezcal, cointreau, and lime juice. Shake for 30 seconds.
Using a lime wedge, run the lime around the edge of the glass, wetting the rim. Dip the rim in salt, then fill the glass with ice.
Double strain from cocktail shaker into your glass. Garnish with a peach slice or lime wedge.
