Berry Breakfast Board
- Mini Pancakes
- Belgian waffles, cut into sticks
- Mini bagels, halved and toasted
- Mini Croissants
- Driscoll's blackberries
- Driscoll's raspberries
- Chive cream cheese
- Sliced avocado
- Hard boiled eggs, halved
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
- Confectioners' sugar, for dusting, optional
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Warm mini pancakes, mini croissants, and Belgian waffle sticks in the oven for 5 minutes.
Arrange mini pastries and toasted bagels on a large platter or board. Place a small bowl of chive cream cheese near bagels. Add piles of Driscoll's blackberries and raspberries throughout. Arrange sliced avocado and hard boiled eggs. Dust pastries with confectioners' sugar, if desired, and garnish board with fresh mint sprigs.
