- 1 head raddichio
- 2 Red Bell Peppers
- 2 Orange Bell Peppers
- 2 Yellow Bell Peppers
- 1/2 pound green beans
- 1 head Broccoli
- 2 Watermelon Radishes
- 1 bunch Radishes
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 head purple cauliflower
- 1 cucumber
- 1 (14 ounce) package grape tomatoes
- Chips (we used Plantain, Beet, Sweet Potato, Blue Potato and Parsnip Chips)
- Crackers (we used Gluten Free Seed and Rice crackers)
- 1 container Lantana Foods Sriracha Carrot Hummus
- 1 container Lantana Foods Edamame Hummus
- 1 container Lantana Foods White Bean Hummus
- 1 container Lantana Foods Black Bean Hummus

Step 1
