This is the next big trend, (half joking), Stinging Nettle and Lemon Cake with Lemon Buttercream Icing to top off some fun cooking sessions with @GoodEggsNyc local farmfresh ingredients. Came away with only two stings from the Nettles but it was well worth it. Looking forward to doing this again with Good Eggs products. Multi part posts are fun too for a change.
