"SO creative I had to share this with y'all! "Broccoli 'Marrow' Remove florets from the broccoli stem, coat in oil and roast at 425 for about 20-30 minutes. A charred exterior is a great sign it's done. Cut lengthwise or in cylinders and serve. The exterior will be tough, make you serve with a small spoon and scoop out the inside. Serving Suggestions.
