A Note from Feedfeed
Summer may be (unofficially) over but we'll be sipping on these refreshing Palomas with Lime Salt all year long! You can use a Le Creuset Pitcher to serve them or the Mini Round Cocotte to hold your garnish.

- 1 1/ 2 ounces tequila
- 1 1/ 2 ounces club soda
- 3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/ 2 ounce lime juice
- Crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- Salt for rim
- Grapefruit for garnish
Combine lime zest and salt using mortar and pestle, or simply stir until well combined.
Rim glass with lime and then coat in lime infused salt.
Fill glass with crushed ice.
In a cocktail shaker, combine all cocktail ingredients and shake well (about 30 seconds).
Pour into glass, garnish with fresh grapefruit and enjoy!
