Last week at FeedfeedBrooklyn we made Nomageddon's Jersey Cheesesteak Sandwich with Land O Lakes® Deli American! Served on a Kaiser Roll, it's a twist on the traditional Philly Cheeseteak that deserves just as much love as the original!

ingredients
- 4 Poppy Seed Kaiser Rolls Toasted
- 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 1 pound of Ribeye, thinly sliced*
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 slices Land O Lakes® Deli American Cheese
Method
Step 1
Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and heat until shimmering. Add onions and season with a big pinch of kosher salt and a big pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Cook until onions begin to brown (10-15 minutes).
Step 2
Add Worcestershire sauce and cook until the liquid boils off (about 1 minute)
Step 3
Add the meat and sauté until cooked through (About 3-5 minutes)
Step 4
Add a slices of Land O Lakes® Deli American Cheese on top of the meat and onions. Cook until the cheese starts to melt (about a minute) and then using a spatula scoop the up meat and place on a toasted kaiser roll. Serve hot.
