Mixed Citrus Ceviche

"Inspired by a meal I had in St Lucia over the winter, I made a mixed citrus (lemon,lime,orange & grapefruit) ceviche from @docktodish fresh striped bass with avocado and scallion, served with fried plantains and @amberwavesfarm calendula edible flowers."
