  • 1/2 yellow cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 purple radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 watermelon radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pint sweet peppers
  • 1 pound mini carrots, tops trimmed
  • 1 pound pink radishes, tops trimmed
  • 8 ounces shishito peppers
  • 8 ounces purple beans
  • 8 ounces yellow beans
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 bunch little gem lettuce, cleaned and leaves pulled apart
  • 1 cup prepared beet hummus, to serve
  • 1 cup prepared hummus, to serve
  • 1 cup prepared harissa hummus, to serve

Method

  • Step 1

    On a large serving platter, place hummus bowls and arrange vegetables around. Serve immediately.
