A Note from Feedfeed

This French Goat Cheese Holiday Cheese Board, featuring a variety of Goat Cheeses Of France, is sure to steal the show at your #holiday party!

To create this French Goat Cheese Holiday Cheese Board, we used a mix of soft and hard Goat Cheeses from France. Our selection included:

Fleur Verte- A young goat cheese that melts in your mouth! Coated with tarragon and pink peppercorns, it has a pleasant 'green', fresh and clean flavor.

Chèvre Bleu d’Argental- A creamy goat blue with the perfect balance of sweet and tangy.

Chèvre d'Or- Features a bloomy rind and a sharp, rich flavor.

Crottin de Chavignol- A hard goat-cheese with a nutty, full-flavor

French Goat Brie- Doesn't get much creamier than this! Serve with tart cranberry chutney to enhance the rich flavor.

Mothais sur Feuille- Soft and delicate in flavor, this goat cheese is aged on a chestnut leaf.

To round out the board we used the following assorted accoutrements: Persimmons, Pomegranate, Figs, Honeycomb, Fresh Sage, Flat Breads

Some of our top cheeseboard tips:

Allow the cheese to come to room temperature for at least 1 hour before serving.

Eat the rind (unless it’s wax or cloth)! Cheesemakers work hard for all that flavor.

Use a rounded knife or spoon to serve soft cheeses and make sure each type of cheese has it’s own utensil.
