- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk or non dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 cup grated apples
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
In a medium size bowl add all of the ingredients and stir to combine. Seal in a glass airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
Serve in small jars. If desired, garnish with apple slices, yogurt and cinnamon sugar.
