Overnight Chia Oat Layer
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup chia seeds
Pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup Telula Blackberry + Chia Juice
1 cup frozen mixed berries
2 tbsp rolled oats
1/4 cup plain yogurt (greek or plant based yogurt of choice)
Yogurt (greek or plant based yogurt of choice)
Toasted coconut chips
2-3 Small jars for serving (or just layer in a bowl)
High powered blender, for making the smoothie
Combine the ingredients for the overnight chia oat layer in a jar, then stir well to combine. Set in the fridge overnight.
When ready to serve, add the ingredients for the smoothie layer to a high-powered blender, and process until smooth.
Add the smoothie layer to the base of the jars, then top with the chia oat layer. Use a spoon or a small offset spatula to smooth the chia oat layer, then top with yogurt of choice, fresh blackberries and toasted coconut. Enjoy!
