ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Kosher salt, as needed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Simply Organic Black Pepper
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- Chives, for garnish
- Simply Organic Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Season shrimp to taste with salt. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Working in two batches, sear shrimp until golden and opaque, about 1 minute per side. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining shrimp.
Step 2
Add butter to the skillet and melt. Add garlic and saute for 1 min. Add Simply Organic Black Pepper and toast until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in cream and spinach and cook until sauce slightly thickens. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Adjust seasoning with salt, then garnish with chives, Simply Organic Crushed Red Pepper Flakes and serve.
